I will have to admit, I did not know much about Chris Bosh entering the season because it was a rare event that I would pay attention to a Toronto Raptors highlight. With that said, Bosh was certainly the biggest question mark in terms of on court production, but what this pre-season has shown me is that Bosh is better than I expected.
Bosh seems to have the complete game. He is very fluent on his feet for a big man. He is very lanky in comparisons to the defenders he faces, and he has a very smooth left handed jump shot. All these aspects generally equate to a produtive big man and Bosh possesses and excels at them as well. So the comments made by Shaq that Bosh is the 'RuPaul of the NBA' and that 'Boston has a good one two punch,' in reference to LeBron and Wade, to me seems a bit inaccurate; but that's Shaq.
We'll see what Bosh can really do on opening night against the Celtics as the biggest questions of the Miami Heat are the big men that they apprently lack as the Celtics have plenty.
